Our Change Management (CM) services are designed to ensure
that the impacts to processes and organization are well understood and
successfully managed during the development cycle and beyond implementation. We
make sure the right organization, capabilities, processes, and performance goals
are in place to realize full benefit potential. Our CM approach is well
integrated
with our Benefits Realization approach to achieve the highest level of efficiency and value
to our clients. In addition, we help establish
an effective program office, project structure, and team building environment. We
have vast experience in managing new process and technology enabled change. We take a structured, quantitative approach to what some might
consider a softer science.
Our Approach
We work closely with our clients to understand the business drivers for change,
define the process & organizational impacts, manage communications & key
stakeholders, and manage the specific actions required to prepare the
organization for change. Once impacts are understood, we focus on managing the
activity outside the project team, developing a strong business deployment
network, and managing effective business readiness activities. In addition to
the above, our CM approach encompasses organization design, role definition &
analysis, training and end-user analysis, links to system security, and manual
procedure development. In an ERP implementation environment, we leverage the ERP
development methodology being employed and fully integrate our CM tasks, work
products, and staffing capabilities. As with all our services, we strive for an effective transfer
of knowledge to our clients.
We utilize accelerator tools and our deep experience to structure the most
effective approach to fit our clients' needs. Examples of our CM accelerators
include: CM charter and guide, listing of potential organization and process
impacts, listing of benefits and metrics by process area, impact action
templates, communications and stakeholder management plans, process
overview and impact presentations, business readiness surveys and assessment tools,
and CM scorecard template.

Led overall Change Management for Global Enterprise Application rollout for a leading medical
products manufacturer. Addressed all major processes areas: Order-to-Cash, Supply
Chain, Procurement and Finance. Identified, prioritized, and managed over 120
global change impacts covering high/medium level organization and process
changes. Structured a deployment management network covering over 40
international sites. Coordinated global, as well as site-specific, change impact
review and action planning sessions for over 150 international leaders.

over 300 key operation personnel. Tracked progress of change
