Mike Tierney
Managing Partner
Mr. Tierney manages Client Service and Practice
Development for the PrinciplesGroup. Mike Sr. has over 20 years experience as
a senior executive in "Big Five" Consulting with PricewaterhouseCooper's Consulting
and Deloitte and Touche, in addition to seven years hands on operations management
experience with "Fortune 500" manufacturing organizations. He is a recognized
leader in managing successful business change and ensuring clients realize quantifiable
advantages from technology and process solutions. He led the initial start up of PricewaterhouseCooper's (PwC) highly successful Technology Assimilation Group and has
lead some of the largest and most complex ERP-related business, process and
organizational change initiatives while delivering solutions for clients such as
Medtronic, Johnson & Johnson, Raytheon, Gillette, Bombardier,
Hitachi, Lucent, Bose and Cadbury.


Doug Shurts
Managing Partner
Mr. Shurts manages Client Service and Practice Development
for the PrinciplesGroup. Doug has deep "executive level" leadership experience both
in industry as a Senior Executive & as a lead consultant for numerous companies such as Avaya,
BD and Ethicon. Doug has extensive experience with business transformation, particularly in
areas of CRM and ERP related change and Enterprise Applications (ERP) and Customer Operations &
Technology (CRM) knowledge. He has held leadership positions in change management, value
realization, SAP Supply Chain, Governance, customer service & sales center operations, self-service technology, billing and outsourcing.
At PrinciplesGroup Consulting, Doug has developed new businesses such as expert witness call center technology and business consulting.
Additionally, he has led Change Management and Benefits Realization engagements in the Medical Device and Diagnostic, Life Sciences, Telecommunications,
Consumer Products and Government sectors most of these involving SAP.

Michael Marzano
Managing Partner
Mr. Marzano is responsible for developing and overseeing the overall
global operations for PrinciplesGroup. Mike develops and manages partner
relationships and establishes strategic alliances with global vendors
and service providers. Mr. Marzano has over 20 years hands-on experience developing and implementing
systems and strategies to improve business performance. Mike has led business
improvement projects in all areas of Supply Chain Management including MRP/DRP
implementations, mobile sales force automation, inventory management, demand
planning (forecasting), customer service and support, and e-commerce. He has
planned and executed new product introductions as well as large-scale business
process and technology re-engineering efforts. His unique approach to
performance metrics has helped organizations better manage inventory investments
and streamline operations.

Mike Tierney, Jr.
Business Development Manager
At PrinciplesGroup, Mike Jr. is responsible for new
business development, client management, and thoroughly understanding our
clients' project and resource needs. Additionally, he is responsible for forging
and maintaining our resource alliances and partnerships worldwide. Mr. Tierney
brings with him a number of years of highly successful sales and business
development, as well as deep client management experience in the Consulting
Solutions Industry. In addition to his experience at PrinciplesGroup, Mike Jr. was a
Client Manager
with a leading Quality Assurance consulting firm. He was responsible for
territory expansion and client management within the Northeast Region.
Mr. Tierney holds a BS degree from Providence College with a major in Business
Management.

At PrinciplesGroup, Sean is responsible for
resource project alignment, delivery, and maintenance. Additionally, he is
responsible for managing all resource deployment and partnership activities. Mr.
Johnston is an experienced resource delivery management professional
specializing in Change Management, Business Transformation, Customer & Account
Management and Technical Staffing Solutions. Prior to joining PrinciplesGroup, Sean was Resource Manager with a leading
Quality Assurance consulting firm. He was responsible for leading the
resource delivery activities for the USA Tri-State Region.
Mr. Johnston holds a BA degree from Providence College with a major in
Political Science. He is also actively involved in several Networking
Organizations such as the Project Management Institute (Mass Bay, RI)
and the Software Process Improvement Network (Boston, NYC).

Peggy Shurts
Business Operations Director
Ms. Shurts joined PrinciplesGroup in January 2005. She is responsible
for managing all of the operational and human resource functions for
the company. Additionally, she is the key interface with our vendor
partnerships. Ms. Shurts brings with her knowledge and experience in
the personnel, marketing, credit and project management fields.

Ms. Michaels is responsible for ensuring common project infrastructure, logistics
and the effective leverage of PrinciplesGroup tools and templates across projects.
In addition, she provides hands on support for major projects in the area of communications,
administration
and operations.
Through direct and contract employment or
affiliate/partner arrangements, PrinciplesGroup has access to qualified resources across all Enterprise Applications.
Our portfolio of professionals have experience in every function, discipline, and industry. In addition to
ERP technical skills, our consultants are masters in business process development, end-to-end
governance, and Enterprise Application change
management.
